U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued us a specific license, authorizing People Analytics Inc. to use its local capacities to provide for the research needs of its clients.

While IranPoll has been fully capable and authorized to collect public opinion data from its call centers in Toronto, Canada, it was aware that some research topics and designs require close proximity data collection. VoxNations was also aware that many potential clients in need of reliable survey data were hesitant to seek such opinion research services because of concerns over U.S. sanction laws and fears that such data collection may be at odds with the U.S. Treasury Department regulations.
Therefore in June 2015, People Analytics Inc., which is the legal entity under which IranPoll operates, requested a specific license from the U.S. Treasury Department to conduct opinion research projects and to collect public opinion data using its local data collection capacities. On September 4, 2015, U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued People Analytics Inc. with a specific license and authorized it to use its local capacities to conduct a wide range of opinion research projects in Iran and other countries that are difficult or prohibitively expensive to reach from Canada to best address the research needs of its clients. OFAC has reissued the same specific license and authorization multiple times since then (most recently in April 2021). The licenses have allowed U.S. persons and entities to use our opinion research services with ease of mind.
For more than a decade, our experts have provided clients from a variety of countries with social, cultural, political, and media research services.
